About This Project

The existing banking app was functional but felt cold and impersonal. The brief was clear: make banking feel human. I conducted extensive user research with millennials to understand their pain points and desires. The redesign introduced a warm visual language with rounded shapes, friendly micro-interactions, and a simplified navigation structure. Accessibility was at the core — every color combination was WCAG AA compliant, and key features were tested with screen readers.
